A night watch mentor is directly responsible for the physical, emotional, mental, safety and security needs of each student. We hire people who are responsible and have our students best interest at heart.

The role of the primary therapist is to plan and execute treatment for a caseload of 6+ students. Major responsibilities include: 

• Planning treatment 
• Conducting weekly individual therapy (60+minutes) 
• Conducting bi-weekly family therapy (60+minutes)
• Conducting bi-weekly student team call (60minutes) 
• Dedicate a minimum of two hours per week to be involved in students lives outside of formal therapy 
• Professional charting.

The role of the RA is to account for all of the students in their responsibility. He/She must have exceptional relationship skills and genuine care and concern for others. He/She must have a work history that supports they are prompt and timely, dependable and reliable. He/She needs the ability to hold appropriate boundaries. He/She must have the ability to receive and carry out instruction. Preferred work experience in the behavioral health field (requested). He/She requires at least one-year experience working with youth or young adults.

A night watch mentor is directly responsible for the physical, emotional, mental, safety and security needs of each student. We hire people who are responsible and have our students best interest at heart. We do 15 minute checks on students while they are sleeping to ensure their safety. Female staff will work with female students, male staff will work with male students as night watch. 

Hours: 11:30 pm to 7 am

Shift Options:

• 11:30 pm to 3 am
• 3 am to 7 am 
• 11:30 pm to 7 am

Life Coaches carry a caseload of up to 4 students. The Life Coach is a key member of each student’s support system. He or she will collaborate with each student’s team to provide direct observation and support of students while those students are involved in activities off campus, such as work, school, or social activities.

Full Time

Oversee the medical operations of Telos U. Responsible to care for medical emergencies and for the general medical needs of the students. Responsible for sorting and passing out medications accurately. Responsible for medication preparation for Telos RTC and Telos U students.
